Walter Wisznia, one of the most famous architects of Corpus Christi, designed this mid-century modern house in the early 1950s.

The modern stone, wood and glass molding is still a modern classic and the best part is its location.

Designed by renowned architect Walter Wisznia, the house at 3600 Aransas is an example of mid-1950s modern design with its flat planes, molded exterior and large windows.

Just a short walk from Corpus Christi Bay and Ropes Park, the house is on a prime corner lot between Ocean Drive and Santa Fe Streets in one of Corpus Christi’s most desirable neighborhoods at 3600 Aransas St.

The second owner, Joel Landin, has taken great care to improve and update this timeless classic, which is now on sale for the second time in its long life.
